Power agents do not exclude that Vladimir Redkin, chief engineer of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Sulak Hydropower Cascade", released from captivity, could have given data about weak places of the HPP to terrorists.

The General Assembly of the United Nations has approved the new resolution on return of forced migrants back to the breakaway Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
