This morning, at about half past eight, an explosion took place near the house No 188 in Akhohov street in Nalchik. An unidentified explosive device of about 100 gram trotyl equivalent power had been placed under the "VAZ-2131" service car with the chief of criminal investigation unit of Department of Interior affairs of the city of Nalchik in the cabin.
