The book is written by a local law enforcer and tells about the life of the elder Kadyrov, the “Grozny” TV Channel reports. Blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov compared the Akhmat Kadyrov’s personality cult to the Lenin’s personality cult during the Soviet era.
