Ramzan Kadyrov has violated a condition of the contract with the Kremlin, when he allowed Chechnya to leave the Russia's legal field and to be transformed in fact in a separatist regime under his sole control. This is reported by the newspaper "Novaya Gazeta" in its article dedicated to the ten-year anniversary of the murder of journalist Anna Politkovskaya.

Investigators failed to identify the organizers of the Boris Nemtsov's murder and the motive for the crime. Meanwhile, they ignored part of the evidence. This was stated by Olga Mikhailova, who represented the interests of the victim party. According to the defendants' advocates, the guilt of their clients has not been proven.

For 16 years, at least eight attempts were committed against Ramzan Kadyrov. This is the result of the calculations made by the "Caucasian Knot". One of the attempts in 2008 was reported by a source in Chechnya, while Ramzan Kadyrov himself called the report a provocation.

In September, in Chechnya and Dagestan, at least five people were kidnapped, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" has announced today. Rights defenders fear that among the kidnapped persons were those, who were later killed by power agents in the Tabasaran District of Dagestan and presented as militants, who rendered resistance.
