The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has accepted the complaint lodged by Tofig Yagublu, the deputy chairman of the "Musavat" Party on violation of his right to freedom. The complaint was filed in connection with Yagublu's arrest in February 2013 under the criminal case on the riots in the Azerbaijani city of Ismailly.
