Azerbaijani opposition calls on West to impose sanctions against country's officials
The National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) of Azerbaijan called on the international community not to issue visas to officials of the country involved in human rights violations and use of violence against citizens. Four NKR communities isolated due to coronavirus
Doctors have confirmed coronavirus in a resident of Stepanakert after he had attended a funeral in the Artashen community of the Hadrut District. Armenian authorities blame citizens for coronavirus spread
The coronavirus death toll in Armenia has reached 245, while the number of cases has reached 14,669. The rapid COVID-19 spread is caused by the negligent attitude of local residents to the observance of anti-epidemiological rules, Nikol Pashinyan, the Premier, and Suren Papikyan, the Minister of Territorial Management, have stated.

Advocates claim no-admission to Chechen native detained in Moscow
Yusup Kutaev, a native of Chechnya, has been kept in a Moscow police station for 24 hours, where advocates are not allowed to visit him and another detainee, the advocates have reported. Human rights defenders criticize formality in response of "Roszdravnadzor" on female circumcision in Ingushetia
The "Roszdravnadzor" (Federal Public Health Supervisory Agency) has declined to answer the question of whether female circumcision is acceptable, claims the Centre for the Protection of Victims of Domestic Violence. The NGO demands to close a clinic in Ingushetia after complaints that a nine-year-old girl had been subjected to female genital mutilation surgery.

After elevator's failure, Tkibuli miners go on strike
