Mekhti Ibragimov to be transferred to house arrest
In Baku, the court granted the defence motion to transfer Mekhti Ibragimov, a son of Mamed Ibragim, a member of the Presidium of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, to house arrest. Today, Mekhti Ibragimov has stopped his hunger strike which he started on August 10.

Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of shelling attacks on five villages

Defence of Azerbaijani activist claims violation of his rights in SIZO
Ismail Gasanov, an activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), continues his hunger strike at the SIZO (pre-trial prison) for the third day, but he was provided with no medical care. 400 people taken to Azerbaijan from tent camp near Kullar
The Azerbaijani authorities have increased the passage to the country for their citizens returning from Russia across the land border. 400 citizens of Azerbaijan were sent home from the tent camp organized in the Dagestani village of Kullar.
