About 700 refugees returned to Nagorno-Karabakh over a day

French Senate favours recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh's independence
305 French Senators have supported the resolution on the need to recognize the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh. Chechnya is among top three in number of new COVID-19 cases in NCFD
Over the past 24 hours, 745 people infected with coronavirus were registered in the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). 222 of them are in the Stavropol Territory; in Dagestan, COVID-19 was confirmed in 101 people. Chechnya, where the smallest increase had been recorded earlier, takes the third place with 91 cases.

After Azerbaijani troops' entry to Kelbadjar, Karabakh residents lost Internet
The establishment of Azerbaijani control over Kelbadjar (the Armenian name is Karvachar), through which the fibre-optic cable had passed, has caused Internet problems.
