Kremlin condemns "Grozny" TV Channel for justifying murder of French teacher
Today, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary for the President of Russia, has commented on a report prepared and broadcasted by the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company), in which the murderer of a French teacher appeared as a God-fearing young man. Berdzor townspeople claim there's no prospect for life in the city

Djabiev's relatives refuse to stop protest in Tskhinvali
For the fourth day in a row, the central Tskhinvali sees the endless protest action held by relatives of Inal Djabiev, who died during interrogation at the South-Ossetian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). Law enforcers did not allow setting up a tent in the square; they hamper with bringing fuel for the kerosene heater, and prohibit the nearby cafés and shops to sell food to the protesters, but the latter stay in the square.

Anzorov's funeral reveals double standards of Chechen leadership
Ramzan Kadyrov has allowed to bury Abdulak Anzorov, the killer of the French teacher, into the ancestral cemetery in Chechnya, but at the same time refuses to give out bodies of alleged terrorists to their relatives, Oleg Orlov, a human rights defender, has stated. Armenia demands to withdraw Turkish armed forces from Karabakh conflict zone

The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump.
