MMA fighter from Chechnya arrested in drug case

Police preventively detain Saakashvili’s supporters in Tbilisi
At least ten activists were detained even before the start of the rally in front of the building of the State Security Service of Georgia. Two more protest actions against the transfer of Mikhail Saakashvili to a prison hospital are taking place near the buildings of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry for Public Health.

Tbilisi doctors demand to transfer Saakashvili to private clinic

Ingush activists' defence asks court to acquit them
On November 9, during the parties' debate at the trial held in the city of Yessentuki, the advocates of the Ingush activists, accused of creating an extremist community, delivered their speeches. They asked the Kislovodsk City Court, which is considering the case, to pass an acquittal, since, in their opinion, the crimes imputed to their clients have not been proved in any way.

Stepanakert and Baku blame each other over shelling of workers near Shushi

Norwegian media: police kill a native of Chechnya in Oslo

Court demands to bring Saakashvili to hearing
A prison hospital is not able to organize proper security, and there are no guarantees for the safety of the third president of Georgia. The Tbilisi City Court has appointed a hearing on the Mikhail Saakashvili’s case for November 10, and a refusal to bring the defendant to court will testify to the fear of the authorities, his advocates claim.
