"Ingushetia.Ru" intends to ignore the court ruling on closing the website
The Moscow City Court has upheld the ruling of the Kuntsevo District Court on illegality of the activities of the website "Ingushetia.Ru". Rosa Malsagova, editor-in-chief of the website, who is now in Paris, where she applied for political shelter to French authorities, has stated that the "Ingushetia.Ru" website will go on despite the court ruling.

Split of Ukrainian society on conflict in South Ossetia
The first group of volunteers from Ukraine has arrived to South Ossetia for rendering assistance to the republic, which has suffered from warfare. Representatives of the Crimea, Lugansk, Odessa, Sevastopol and Kiev will help to clear the ruins and restore dwelling houses in Tskhinvali. 120 families of forced migrants disconnected from electricity and gas in Chechnya

South Ossetian refugees arrive to Kabardino-Balkaria
On August 11, 170 refugees from South Ossetia were brought to Nalchik from the temporary tent camp deployed in North Ossetia by four buses; they were accommodated in boarding houses. Now, over 300 refugees, children and adults, are sheltered by Kabardino-Balkaria.
