The investigatory authorities have initiated a case against an inspector of the GIBDD (traffic police) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Kabardino-Balkaria and his colleague from the city of Perm, who are both suspected of beating a resident of Nalchik and his wife. This was reported by the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the ICRF.
