Investigation into the case against a 17-year-old resident of the village of Novo-Kumukh of the Buinaksk District of Dagestan, who shot dead a villager, who killed his father and wounded his mother, is in the final stage. This was reported by investigators. The teenager, against whom criminal proceedings were instituted, is under home arrest, and he faces 5-15 years of imprisonment.
