Khadjimba's and Bzhaniya's election campaigns pass without obstacles, their offices report

Raul Khadjimba and Aslan Bzhaniya, Abkhaz presidential candidates, use all possible information platforms for their election campaign. According to their election offices, the presidential candidates meet no obstacles during campaigning. The election campaign has culminated in the TV debates with the participation of all the presidential candidates, local bloggers note.

The Association of Journalists and Media Workers of the Republic of Abkhazia (ARSMIRA) provides a discussion platform for the presidential candidates and represents the main information newsmaker of the presidential campaign, reports Izida Chaniya, the head of the ARSMIRA and the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Necessary News".

The ARSMIRA hosted signing of the socio-political agreement. Despite the fact that the agreement has no legal force, Aslan Bzhaniya and the "Amtsakhara" Party refused to sign it, emphasized the head of the ARSMIRA.

The programme for socio-economic development of Abkhazia from presidential candidate Aslan Bzhaniya will be presented after the election, stated Leonid Lakerbaya, the head of the Aslan Bzhaniya'selection office, the former Prime Minister of Abkhazia. According to Leonid Lakerbaya, Aslan Bzhaniya has refused to sign the agreement because of his "serious attitude" to such documents.

At the meetings, voters raise a wide range of questions, including socio-economic development, problems of young people, increase of wages, and issues of cooperation with Russia.

The staff members of the election office of presidential candidate Raul Khadjimba are satisfied with the work done, and they plan to continue meeting with voters during the remaining several days before the election, stated Zaur Mikvabiya, the head of the Raul Khadjimba's election office.
