In Armenia, children with disabilities are restricted in their ability to attend educational institutions, although the progress in that issue is noticeable. This was stated by the report, submitted by the Directorate of the educational programmes of the Armenian Office of the UNICEF. Parents of children with disabilities report that many of them cannot get the status of an invalid because of red tape and corruption in the health care system.

Faction of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) in the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region appealed to the Governor, the Chairman of the Regional Parliament, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and the FSB with a request to protect Viktor Bulgakov, First Secretary of the CPRF of Taganrog City Committee, a Deputy of the Legislative Assembly, against attacks. According to the appeal, the Deputy from the CPRF was attacked with a weapon, he received phone calls with threats, and a fake of an explosive device was plant to him. The Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) found no grounds for termination of the agreement between Dmitry Pavlyuchenkov, accused of the murder of journalist Anna Politkovskaya, and investigators. This was reported today by Anna Stavitskaya, the lawyer of the family members of the deceased journalist.

The reason for institution of the proceedings has been the film "Anatomy of Protest-2", which provides information about the meeting of the oppositionist and Georgian MP Givi Targamadze, who discussed the question of preparing terror acts in the territory of Russia.
