Convicted disabled person complains about poor conditions of detention at Pyatigorsk SIZO
In the Stavropol Territory, a court dismissed a claim filed by Georgy Kolyan, a convicted person with disabilities, against the administration of the SIZO (pre-trial prison) in Pyatigorsk with a request to compensate for the damages inflicted by poor conditions in a SIZO cell. The convicted person requested a compensation of 750,000 roubles.
