In the evening of April 27, at the Russian-Ukrainian border, there was an attempt to detain Vera Savchenko, and FSB agents seized her passport. After the incident, the woman left the checkpoint in a car with diplomatic state licence plates and went to Rostov-on-Don.

The Terter District of Azerbaijan has resumed power supply to 11 villages, broken because of the damage of a substation as a result of shelling. The houses damaged by shelling will be repaired at the expense of the state, officials said.

The second person killed by the explosion in a Yerevan bus was the 55-year-old Ruden Balyan, said the Investigating Committee of Armenia. Investigators believe that Balyan was the culprit of the explosion. Six victims of the explosion are still treated at medical centres.

At night of April 27, as a result of Azerbaijan's shelling, a serviceman was killed, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has reported today, adding that last night the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled Martakert and other dwelling settlements.

Searches were conducted in the houses of all the passengers of the Yerevan bus, in which the explosion occurred; and in the apartment of one of them explosives were found, a source from the Investigating Committee of Armenia told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
