Head of Ingushetia announces return of five militants to peaceful life
Five out of seven residents of Ingushetia, who had fought in Syria for the "Islamic State", a terrorist organization, banned in Russia, have returned to peaceful life, the head of the republic, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, has reported. In total, according to his story, 123 Ingushes had fought in Syria; 67 of them were killed.

Court refuses to appeal to Ukraine for information about Arthur Panov
Arthur Panov, a citizen of Ukraine, accused of plotting a terror act in Rostov-on-Don, did not agree that some of the documents on his case were sent from the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (known as LNR). Kadyrov agreed to help checking gays' persecutions in Chechnya

Eighteen Azerbaijani oppositionists sacked on political grounds
Fourteen activists of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) have lost their jobs after the taking part in the oppositional rally on April 8 in Baku. Four other party members said that they had been dismissed after their participation in the rally against amendments to the Constitution, which took place on September 17, 2016. Only one oppositionist has managed to be reinstated at work through the court.

Second appeal against verdict to Geriev sent to Russia's SC
