Suspected militant detained in Izberbash

"Zelenye" Party calls on Vladimir Putin to take control over case on attack on ecologists in Krasnodar Territory
The investigation into the attack on a camp of participants of the fire prevention expedition, organized by the "Greenpeace" and the "Ecological Watch for Northern Caucasus" (EcoWatch), one of whom is a candidate to the State Duma, should be taken under special control of the President. In Azerbaijan, three life sentence prisoners denied revision of their sentences
The court has refused to start proceedings under the motion filed by three former staff members of the Azerbaijani special purpose police squad with a request to replace their life sentences with 20-year imprisonment terms. The defence intends to challenge the decision at the court.

Residents of Shamil District refuse rally in connection with murder of shepherds
