Social network users express outrage at water outages in Makhachkala

Water supply was absent in Makhachkala since October 6; and now the authorities have warned about a 13-day-long water outage in the Kirov District of the city. The prosecutor's office stated the illegality of water outages for more than eight hours per month. Users of social networks demanded to stop water outages.
