In Dagestan, activities of "Nadezhda" Charity Foundation paralyzed after search

Kuban residents complain about lack of heating in their houses
In Krasnodar, residents of two apartment buildings have reported the lack of heating. According to the Kuschevskaya district administration, almost all well-equipped houses stay without heating in the Cossack village of Kuschevskaya. The chief of the utility services of the city of Goryachy Klyuch is dismissed from his post for failure to launch the heating season, reports the city administration of Goryachy Klyuch.

SC commutes Ella Kesaeva's sentence for her protest action in Beslan

In Moscow, participants of Muslim forum criticize Grozny fatwa
Differences of opinions among Muslims note the richness of Islam and should not result in conflicts. This was stated by participants of the forum held in Moscow and aimed at rapprochement of schools of Sharia laws. According to interviewed forum participants, the Grozny fatwa will not affect the situation in the Islamic society and will not prevent the radicalization of young people.

HRW calls on to stop persecuting activists in Azerbaijan
The international human rights organization "Human Rights Watch" (HRW) has published a report criticizing the attitude of the Azerbaijani authorities towards the opposition. FSIN sees no threats to health of Igor Nagavkin arrested in Volgograd
Igor Nagavkin, an arrested Volgograd human rights defender, is under the control of a medical officer at the SIZO (pre-trial prison). This was reported by the Department for the Volgograd Region of the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN). The Human Rights Council of Volgograd has acknowledged Igor Nagavkin as its member and prepares actions in its defence.

In Grozny, authorities treat woman seeking help from Ramzan Kadyrov as a deceiver
