Dagestani Minister for Press challenges court's decision on her claim against "Chernovik"
Burliyat Tokbolatova, who demanded to collect one million roubles from the edition office of the newspaper "Chernovik" (Draft) as compensation for moral damage, filed a complaint against the court's decision to leave her claim without consideration. Two employees of Zugdidi Prison convicted for abusing inmates
The court has found Koba Antiya and Onis Lagvilava, employees of the prison in Zugdidi, guilty of beating and humiliating inmates and sentenced each of them to 3.5 years of imprisonment.

Azeri Parliament approves tougher penalties for insulting authorities on Internet
On November 29, the National Assembly of Azerbaijan adopted draft amendments to the Criminal Code, providing for tougher penalties for insulting the President and liability for slander on the Internet. Investigation into death of teen in Belorechensk juvenile colony completed

Azerbaijani police question columnist of "Yeni Musavat" about his post on Facebook
