Members of the terrorist organization "Islamic State" (IS), banned in Russia, who planned to commit transport terror acts in September, have been detained near Moscow, the Russian FSB (Federal Security Bureau) reports. There are natives of Northern Caucasus among the detainees.

The men killed at night in Dagestan have been identified – they are suspected of killing a policeman in the Kizlyar District, a source said. Today, it has also become known about the murder of another policeman in the Babayurt District.

Last week, in Baku, more than 50 homosexuals and transgender people were detained and subjected to violence, including torture with electric current. Some of them were arrested for 30 days. This was reported by advocate Samed Rakhimli and activist Javid Nabiev.
