The Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) considers the arrest of Ruslan Gara, a party activist from the city of Sumgait, to be politically motivated and intends to file a complaint. In Rostov-on-Don, at the trial, the jury has pronounced a verdict of guilty in the case on involvement of seven Ingush residents in an illegal armed formation (IAF). This is the second trial in the case. Earlier, the Supreme Court (SC) of Ingushetia has recognized five members of the grouping as innocent, and two others guilty in part.
