South Ossetia restricts movement through its border with Russia

Nagorno-Karabakh CEC announces second round of presidential election
In Nagorno-Karabakh, none of the presidential candidates gained the required number of votes. Therefore, the second round of the presidential election is scheduled for April 14. ECtHR awards 90,000 euros to relatives of missing Grozny resident

Azerbaijan and EU refuse to recognize NKR elections
The parliamentary and presidential elections held in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) have no legal force, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has stated. According to the OSCE Minsk Group and the European Union (EU), the election results will not affect the legal status of the NKR and the outcome of negotiations on settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Rights defenders point to drawbacks of emergency state in two Georgian districts

Georgian MoJ convinces jail staff to live at work because of pandemic
