Law enforcers seized mobile phones from relatives of 14 residents of Chechnya, sentenced for involvement in the ranks of militants and registered Telegram accounts to those phone numbers. Human rights defenders do not exclude that this is preparation for fabricating criminal cases against mobile phone owners.

Two civilians were wounded in missile attacks on Stepanakert; two others were wounded during the shelling of the village of Sgnakh. Besides, one rescuer was killed, and five others were wounded during shelling, Artak Beglaryan, the Ombudsperson of Nagorno-Karabakh has stated.

The leadership of Chechnya has placed an order, on the website of state purchases, for the manufacture from gold and precious stones of orders and medals named after Akhmat Kadyrov worth 10.2 million roubles. This is at least the third tender for such awards since December 2019.

Since the escalation of the Karabakh conflict, 90 civilians from Azerbaijani cities, towns and villages have been killed in shelling attacks, and 392 others have been wounded, the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan reports. The Azerbaijani government requested the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) to indicate to Armenia to stop shell and missile attacks and withdraw armed forces from Nagorno-Karabakh.

The bodies of the killed military personnel have been transported through the humanitarian corridor in the direction of Gazakh-Tovuz, and two residents of Armenia have also been sent through Georgia, an assistant to the President of Azerbaijan reports today. In Tskhinvali, the Russian military personnel have set up a mobile hospital for patients diagnosed with COVID-19, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) reports. While explaining the need for a mobile hospital, the chief resuscitator of South Ossetia has noted that the republic's hospitals were facing shortage of beds because of the rapid increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus.

The Azerbaijani troops used "Smerch" heavy multiple missile launchers to shell the city of Martakert, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh reported. The number of the Defence Army soldiers killed during the hostilities has reached 1025.
