Instagram deletes post of Chechen newspaper post with caricatures on Charlie Hebdo
The Instagram administration has removed the post of the Chechen newspaper "Vesti Respubliki" (Republic's News) with caricatures on the French magazine Charlie Hebdo, which had published caricatures on Prophet Muhammad. Chechen authorities have reproached Instagram for double standards.

Number of killed residents of Nagorno-Karabakh rises to 46
The number of killed civilians has increased to 46, while the number of wounded – to 142, the Ombudsman of Nagorno-Karabakh reports. In the morning, the cities of Martuni and Shushi have been shelled with missiles, the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies reports.

In Azerbaijan, frontline villagers make dugouts to hide from shelling attacks
In Azerbaijani villages, no bomb shelters were equipped at a distance from the frontline, and therefore, local residents have to arrange dugout shelters by themselves. Villagers, whose houses have been destroyed in shelling attacks, move to their neighbours' and relatives' places.

Kadyrov and Mezhiev do not react to terror acts in Vienna
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov and Salakh Mezhiev, the republic's Mufti, who were actively commenting on the murder of the teacher in France, did not react to the terror acts in Vienna. Karabakh MoD claims new evidence proving use of phosphorus weapons by Azerbaijan
The area of forests burned down in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of shelling attacks by the Azerbaijani troops with incendiary weapons has reached 1815 hectares, the Nagorno-Karabakh Service for Emergencies reports. KChR activists claim authorities' poor attention to deportation victims

Camp residents near Kullar to be to transferred to boarding houses
Some 300 Azerbaijani citizens remain in the camp near Kullar; they will be accommodated in Dagestani boarding houses; and the camp tents will be dismantled with the onset of cold weather. In total, 1200 Azerbaijani citizens willing to return to their homeland have been registered in Dagestan, the operative headquarters under the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has informed.

Azerbaijan claims capture of eight villages in Karabakh conflict zone
The Azerbaijani Army has occupied eight villages in the Djebrail, Zangilan and Gubadli Districts of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliev has stated on the Twitter. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has accused Armenia of shelling the city of Gubadli, which is controlled by Azerbaijani militaries.

Azerbaijani residents report damages after shelling attacks
In the village of Shikharkh, where internally displaced persons (IDPs) live, most apartments have been damaged during shelling attacks.
