Salekh Rustamov, an Azerbaijani activist, who has been on his protest hunger strike for 40 days, has agreed to take supportive treatment, Adil Geibulla, a doctor, has informed. According to the doctor, Rustamov's health condition is relatively stable; doctors are doing everything to prevent coma.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) found a violation of the right to a fair trial of Abutalip Shakhruev, a resident of Makhachkala, who was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment based on his testimony obtained under torture.
