Dagestani SC refuses to treat suspension of trial against law enforcers as illegal
Musa Aliev, a resident of the village of Mutsalaul, has demanded to treat the suspension of the trial against the law enforcers who had beaten him up during his detention within a rape case as illegal. The Supreme Court (SC) has upheld the suspension, citing the fact that one of the accused had gone to the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine.

Twenty years since attack of Basaev's militants on Ingushetia

Resident of North Ossetia achieves compensation from MIA for torture

Termination of murder case against Umazhat Guseinova upheld
The appellate instance has recognized as legal the decision of the court in Makhachkala to stop the criminal prosecution of Tagir Velagaev, a pensioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), accused of murdering his ex-wife Umazhat Guseinova.
