Vladikavkaz residents hold silent protest after another "Electrozink" emission
Today, about 500 residents of Vladikavkaz wearing bulky dressings rallied in central city and held a non-sanctioned protest action against emissions of the "Electrozink" factory. The participants have agreed, within an hour and a half after the today's emission of sulphur dioxide by the factory, with the help of the Internet to hold such action.

President of Chechnya to demand a million from "Novaya Gazeta"
Andrei Krasnenkov, advocate of the President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, is going to file a civil suit to the "Novaya Gazeta" on defence of honour, dignity and business reputation, and on compensation of moral damage. The reason for the suit was the article "Execution in Vienna" on Kadyrov's possible involvement in the murder of Umar Israilov, a resident of Chechnya, committed in Austria.

Next week, HRC "Memorial" to lodge full cassation against court ruling on Kadyrov's claim
Now, the advocates of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" are preparing a cassation complaint on the decision of the Tver Court of Moscow, which had partially satisfied the claim of the President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to the head of the HRC Oleg Orlov. The complaint will be lodged to the Moscow City Court.

Victims of marauding at Dubrovka terror act to go to European Court for increased compensations
On October 27, the Moscow City Court refused to increase the sum of payments to the victims of plundering of hostages' belongings at the Dubrovka terror act and to compensate their moral damage; thus, having rejected the cassation complaint against the decision of the Zamoskvoretski Court, who had ruled to pay 130 thousand roubles under two claims.

Kriger: still no answers to many important questions on "Nord Ost"
In spite of 7 years expired after the Dubrovka terror act in Moscow, nobody has until now answered a number of important questions; the main ones are: why was it impossible to do without storming the building, which entailed so many victims killed by unknown gas and why special troops killed all the terrorists, although many of them were unconscious?
