108 attacks on law enforcers committed in Kabardino-Balkaria in 2010
In 2010, members of the religious extremist underground committed 108 attempts on the life of law enforcement officials, including judges and prosecutors, which is four times more than in 2009. This was announced on January 28 in Nalchik at the sitting of the Collegium of the Investigatory Department (ID) for Kabardino-Balkaria of the ICPO.

State Duma adopts bill on terror threat levels in first reading
The Russian State Duma has passed a bill in the first reading, allowing Russia to announce the so-called "colour" levels of terror threat. The appropriate changes drafted by the FSB will be made in the Federal Law "On Combating Terrorism". According to the authors of the bill, they will allow the relevant structures to promptly react to threats of terror acts, such as the one committed in Domodedovo on January 24.

Inquiry fails to confirm any "Pakistani trace" in Domodedovo terror act
Investigators have no evidences about any involvement of Pakistani militants in the terror act at the Moscow Domodedovo Airport on January 24, said a source from the operative-investigatory group. Doctors also say that when making surgeries they did not remove any granite chips from victims' bodies: the striking elements were mostly metal or plastic fragments.

Actions of memory of the victims of the act of terror in Domodedovo passed off in cities and towns of Russia
Yesterday evening, January, 27, residents of Russian cities and towns lit candles and honoured the memory of the people who perished as a result of the terror act in Moscow airport Domodedovo on January, 24, with a minute's silence.
