Early voting in Dagestan arouses no voters' interest
Residents of the republic are not active in early voting, said a source from the Republic's Election Commission (REC). According to his data, in the Babayurt District, only 27 voters have applied for early voting for deputies of the district assembly. Also, the elections were held on the remote island of Chechen.

"No to robbery!" announces new protests in Armenian cities
On September 11, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Spitak, Ashtarak, and Yerevan will hold protest actions against the increase in electricity tariff. Sochi: MfE rescuers save 77-year-old pensioner

HRC to urge Russian President to receive refugees from Syria in the Caucasus
