NKR plants 120 trees in memory of victims of April war
On April 8, 120 seedlings of silver poplar were planted in the village of Mekhakavan in the south of Hadrut District, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports. Volgograd residents report their voluntary-compulsory participation in "Antiterror" rally
In Volgograd, according to the regional administration, at least 5000 people took part in the antiterror action. Employees of companies and public institutions reported they voluntary came to the action, although they were asked to attend the rally by their chiefs.

Two policemen killed in Ingushetia

Father of Turpal-Ali Muskiev exiled from Chechnya buried under control of law enforcers
Turpal-Ali Muskiev, a resident of the village of Tsotsi-Yurt of the Kurchaloi District, who was exiled from his village in January 2017, died in Dagestan several ago and was buried in Chechnya. Sochi activist states no reasons for his arrest

Truckers leave action venue in KBR
The truckers, who held their protest in the vicinity of the dwelling settlement of Prokhladny, have left the venue, and gathered today to discuss how to continue the strike. Dolzhenko transported from Elista hospital to SIZO
Alexander Dolzhenko, a former manager of the “Dalnaya Step” Company, who was sentenced on April 6 to two years in colony and hospitalized after sentencing, has been placed today into a SIZO (pre-trial prison) cell. Prison doctors found no reason for hospitalizing him into the SIZO medical unit, said his wife Irina.

Defence of Jehovah's Witnesses tells on planted evidence and blames MoJ for double standards
The Russia’s Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is trying to attract the Administrative Centre of Jehovah's Witnesses in its local communities in Russia to responsibility for the sanctions imposed by the courts not on them. Dolzhenko’s advocate and relatives treat ECC’s verdict as shameful
The advocate and the wife of Alexander Dolzhenko, the former arbitration manager of the “Dalnaya Step” Company, have condemned the guilty verdict passed by the Elista City Court (ECC) and stated Alexander’s innocence. The defence has appealed against the verdict, since it believes that Dolzhenko's rights to defence had been violated at the trial.
