Arthur Panov complains to ECtHR about violation of his rights
Arthur Panov, a citizen of Ukraine, accused of plotting a terror act in Rostov-on-Don, has appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) with a complaint about violation of several articles of the Convention on Human Rights.
