Navalny's electoral office in Volgograd fixes 65 detainees at "Voters' Strike"
The activists fined for their participation in the protest action named "Voters' Strike" on January 28 will appeal against their fines at the Volgograd Regional Court, in order to have the right afterwards to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), said Alexei Volkov, the coordinator of the local Alexei Navalny's office.

Miralioglu announces his intent to run for Azerbaijani presidency
The "Classical" Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (CPFPA) has announced its participation in the upcoming presidential election.
