All-Russian pre-election campaign launched in Chechnya with strict security measures

Today, the all-Russia relay race "Interethnic Exercises 180318" has been started against the background of the Grozny centre cordoned off by law enforcers and the total search of the participants of the action. Court believes Navalny's supporters arrange a rally near Astrakhan ROVD

A fine of 10,000 roubles was imposed by the court on Vyacheslav Kalmykov, who together with other residents of Astrakhan came to the ROVD (District Interior Division) building to support detained activists of the Navalny's local office.
