Resident of Chechnya complains to ECtHR against law enforcers

Russian MFA treats march of Circassians in Turkey as anti-Russian action (+video)
In the evening on May 21, in Istanbul, a march in memory of the victims of the Caucasian War was attended by about 3000 people. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) recommended Russian tourists to avoid walking in the centre of Istanbul on that day.

Three Makhachkala hunger-strikers turn to doctors
Today, the drivers of fixed-route taxi minivans, who are holding hunger strike in Makhachkala called doctors twice; medical was needed to three protesters because of increased blood tension. Today, supporters of the unit "Sasna Tsrer" (Daredevils of Sassoun) have blocked entrances to the building of the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Armenia. They demand the resignation of General Prosecutor Arthur Davtyan. The protesters have claimed that Arthur Davtyan does not want to recognize there are political prisoners in Armenia.

The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump. The meeting of Trump, Aliyev and Pashinyan took place on August 8 in Washington. Following the meeting, Pashinyan and Aliyev also signed a joint declaration.
