Council of Europe's CPT condemns Russia for human rights violations in Chechnya

ECtHR awards compensation to families of 11 kidnapped residents of Chechnya
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) ordered the Russian authorities to pay more than one million euros of compensation to relatives of 11 people detained by soldiers during the second Chechen military campaign. Three persons fell victim to shootouts on Azerbaijan-Iran border within two days

Lilia Saidova's father reports about his son killed in Syria
Before leaving for Syria, Magomed Saidov finished school as an external student and managed to finish three courses at the Medical and Dental University in Moscow. Titiev urges Europe to impose sanctions on Chechen law enforcers
