Chechen authorities react to publicity of forced attendance of "Akhmat" matches
Students and state (budget-funded) employees were not forced to attend the latest football match in Grozny, but they were invited to the stadium by a lottery of prizes, residents of Chechnya have stated.

FSB reports prevented terror act in KBR

Court acquits suspect of killing Chechen law enforcers
Rasambek Bekmurzaev, a native of Chechnya, has been fined for crime concealment, but was found innocent in killing of three law enforcers and involvement in the armed underground, the court has ruled today.

Dispute about Georgian-Azerbaijani border provokes conflict at Udabno Monastery
For several days, monks, pilgrims and tourists could not get to the Udabno Monastery located in the territory of the ancient Georgian cave complex "David Gareji", the road to which was blocked by Azerbaijani border guards.
