Vagap Tutakov has been blocked in hotel room in Moscow

The special representative of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in the PACE, Vagap Tutakov, who has been staying in Moscow since September 10, was blocked in his room in the Sputnik hotel on September 11. According to information available, he was not allowed to leave the room and actually was under house arrest. Who gave the order on such actions is unknown. Vagap Tutakov arrived in Russia with his personal security guaranteed by the PACE leaders and his visit agreed with high-ranked Kremlin officials. According to some data, Tutakov has already got in touch with a number of embassies and informed them on the occurrence.

    The Supreme Court (SC) of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has begun considering the lawsuit lodged by Murat Khokonov, Professor of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University (KBSU), concerning his illegal dismissal.
