In Ingushetia, court satisfies suit of ChCNS to Registration Service

A lengthy litigation of the Regional Public Movement "Chechen Committee of National Salvation" (ChCNS) against the former Department of the Federal Registration Service of Russia for the Republic of Ingushetia (DFRS for RI) was over on September 12 victoriously for the claimant - the ChCNS.

The Nazran District Court of the Republic of Ingushetia presided by Judge Alik Yaryzhev passed a verdict that the actions of the officials of the former DFRS for RI against the ChCNS had been illegitimate.

We remind you that in its suit the ChCNS demanded to recognize the illegality of the Act on Counteracting the Audit of the Organization in August 2007 and of the Warning of Breaking the Legislation passed by the DFRS for RI on December 4, 2007.

On July 10, the Judicial Board of the Supreme Court of Ingushetia passed a definition prescribing to satisfy the complaint of the ChCNS and cancelled the ruling of the Nazran District Court of April 3, 2008, which had rejected the claim of the ChCNS towards the DFRS for RI, having sent the case for a repeated consideration by the same court.
