Vladimir Koval was killed in a military operation in Ukraine. Since its beginning, at least 2055 fighters from Dagestan have been officially recognized as killed.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", by July 31, officials and law enforcement had officially named at least 2054 killed servicemen from Dagestan in Ukraine.

In the Kaytagsky district of the Republic of Dagestan, as part of a program for the children of fallen SVO participants, Dagestan parliament deputy Marat Aliyarov reported on the transfer of the medal of the deceased volunteer Vladimir Koval, awarded posthumously with the BF medal "Defender of the Fatherland", to his mother. The family was also given a certificate, the deputy writes on his TG channel.

At least 4727 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4773 servicemen from the Southern Federal District have been officially recognized as killed in the special operation in Ukraine.

Thus, at least 2055 servicemen from Dagestan have been officially recognized as killed on the Ukrainian front. "Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives from the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District killed in the military operation.
