Residents of the emergency building in Kabardino-Balkaria have drawn attention to their problems.

Residents of a four-story emergency building in the village of Dygulybgay complained to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia about the lack of action regarding resettlement; a criminal case has been initiated.

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to report on the criminal case in connection with the appeal regarding the violation of the rights of residents of the dilapidated house in the village of Dygulybgay in the Bakasan urban district, reported the Investigative Committee's office in Kabardino-Balkaria.

An appeal regarding the prolonged non-resettlement of residents of a four-apartment house on M.V. Sizhazhev Street in the village of Dygulybgay of the Bakasan urban district of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic was received by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, A.I. Bastrykin, through the Information Center.

The building, constructed in 1957, is in an uninhabitable condition: the load-bearing structures and foundation are deteriorating, cracks have formed in the walls, the roof is leaking, and the floor slabs have rotted. To date, no improved living accommodations have been provided to the citizens. Numerous appeals to various authorities have yielded no results, reported the Investigative Committee's office in Kabardino-Balkaria.

After the appeal to Bastrykin, a criminal case was initiated.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded a report on the delays in resettling residents of the emergency dormitory on Ingush Street in Nalchik after a local resident's appeal. The residents of the dormitory expressed hope that Alexander Bastrykin's intervention would draw the authorities' attention to their problems and the delays in resettlement.

Emergency dormitories on Musukaev and Ingush Streets in Nalchik have been included in the municipal targeted resettlement program since 2022, which has not been funded for a year. Residents of these houses in February asked officials to expedite the resettlement, complaining about the difficult living conditions.
