Suspect of blowing up the "Neva-Express" deported from Ingushetia

One of the two suspects of involvement in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train on August 13, who were detained yesterday in Ingushetia, was released; the other was deported from the Republic for performance of investigatory actions. This was reported by the RIA "Novosti" with reference to the source in the power agencies of the South Federal District (SFD).

"The investigation has grounds to believe that the suspect brought from Ingushetia is involved in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train," the contact of the Agency said. The names of the detainees are not disclosed in the interest of the investigation.

We remind you that on December 18 two suspects were detained in Ingushetia, suspected of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train in August this year in the Novgorod Region.

According to the independent portal "Ingushetia.Ru", the detainees are Salambek Dzakhkiev, a resident of Malgobek, and Bashir Kotiev, a resident of Nazran.

According to the version of the portal, the young men were seized in the centre of Nazran by a group of power agents of North Ossetia who tried to take them to Vladikavkaz. However, at the 15th post of the GIBDD (Road Police) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia, the group was blocked and brought, together with the arrested persons, to the GOVD (City Militia Unit) of Nazran. It is noted that Mr Zagiev was all in blood: he was beaten during capture, and later, during transportation.

On command of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia Musa Medov, the capture group from Ossetia was released and returned, under protection of the MIA's mobile group returned to Vladikavkaz. Then, information appeared that the arrested were allegedly involved in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train, the "Ingushetia.Ru" writes. The detainee Kotiev was released, while Zagiev was handed over to the Ossetian power agents.
