Refugees who had returned from Ingushetia were placed in former storage facilities

Nine refugees from those who had been recently shifted from the camp "Bella" to the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya were hospitalized because of poisoning by chemical substances by means of inhalation.

Other refugees from nearly 40 families that had agreed to move from the camp to Ordzhonikidzevskaya also ailed: felt giddy and sick

A reason of general indisposition was found out. All the rooms where refugees were placed had been used as storage facilities before.

Authorities decided to remove people back to the camp.

Now these families are not wanted in the camp where they have been living for the last four years. There are not enough tents, new tents are not allowed. Some people spend their nights in the open air, some of them were lucky to get places in the school where more than twenty people stood in each classroom.

The refugees made the next appeal to international organizations, Presidents Putin and Zyazikov. They demand to let them stay in the camp until complete stabilization of the situation in Chechnya and to punish those persons who are guilty of this extraordinary incident.
