Five drones shot down over the Sea of Azov

The military destroyed drones launched from Ukraine over the Sea of Azov.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on the night of June 29, the military shot down a drone in the Kuibyshevsky District of the Rostov Region. A day earlier, air defense forces neutralized a drone in the Krasnodar Territory, and seven more drones were shot down over the Azov and Black Seas.

During the past night, 15 drones launched from Ukraine were destroyed, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel. "Ten over the territory of the Kursk region, five over the waters of the Azov Sea," the publication says.

As of 07.55 Moscow time, no information about the attacks or their consequences has been published in the Telegram channels of the Kuban operational headquarters and the acting governor of the Rostov region.

Recall that on the night of June 25, drones were shot down in Azov, Taganrog and the Rodionovo-Nesvetaisky district of the Rostov region. In Azov, the roof of a grain warehouse in the port was damaged, and in Taganrog - the building of the Avangard sports complex, a school and two houses.

In Novorossiysk on May 3, as a result of a drone attack, residential buildings were damaged, three adults and two children were injured. Authorities reported that 192 apartments were damaged during the attack, with six apartments destroyed.

On February 26, a drone attack in Krasnodar Krai damaged three houses. The regional budget has allocated 19.1 million rubles to help the victims, the regional task force announced almost a month and a half later (April 11).
