Supporters of European integration hold rallies in Tbilisi and Zugdidi

Several hundred residents of Tbilisi took part in a rally at which they supported Georgia's accession to the European Union (EU). A similar action was held in Zugdidi.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Georgian residents and activists are regularly holding actions in support of European integration. Thus, on June 18, the "Girchi" Party held an action "Only for Europe" in central Tbilisi, the aim of which was to acquaint citizens of Georgia with the advantages of the country's accession to the EU.

On June 20, in Tbilisi and Zugdidi, local residents and activists held rallies in support of European integration. NGO activists, members of various political parties and students also took part in the actions, the "Rustavi-2" TV Channel has reported on its website today.

It has also posted a video clip showing several dozen people, some of them holding flags of Georgia and the EU. Then, a crowd in another city is shown; there are several hundred of them. Some of them also hold flags of Georgia, the EU, and banners in their hands.
