After Kadyrov's remark, Marvel heroes replaced for Chechen ones

On the walls of the children's play centre in Kurchaloi, instead of drawings with American superheroes, which were criticized by Ramzan Kadyrov, images of the first president of Chechnya, Akhmat Kadyrov, and heroes of the Caucasian War have appeared.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Kadyrov ordered to remove images of heroes of American films and Marvel comics from the walls of the children's play centre and replace them with "photos of our real heroes." An official of the centre has treated the replacement of images of American comics for photos of Kadyrov and "real heroes" as inappropriate, but in his talk with Akhmed Dudaev, Minister of Information of Chechnya, he said that he did not refuse to follow the instructions of the head of the republic. The influence of American pop culture in Chechnya will remain strong despite Kadyrov's demands, Orientalists believe.

Now, the wall decoration in the children's play centre has been changed. Instead of Marvel heroes, images of the first President of Chechnya, Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov, and the heroes of the Caucasian War of the late 18th-19th centuries appeared on the stands in the room, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

The national heroes who appeared on the walls also include Baysangur of Beno, a commander; Sheikh Mansur, the first Imam of Northern Caucasus; and Taimi Bibolt, a Chechen political and military leader of the late 18th-early 19th centuries, the TASS reports.
