Ataman Nikolai Nesterenko announces his willingness to compensate damage to Anapa City Mayoralty

In the case against Nikolai Nesterenko, Deputy Cossack Ataman of Anapa, the court has questioned staff members of the city administration and the judge who considered the claim filed by Nikolai Nesterenko against the Mayoralty. According to his advocate, the defendant himself is willing to abandon the land plot in question and pay damages to the Mayoralty.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to investigators, the Kosha Cossack Ataman has filed a claim to the court against the administration of Anapa about granting him the ownership of a municipal land plot. Nikolai Nesterenko has provided copies of his appeal to the administration, which in fact was never filed there, and the court ordered the city administration to conclude with the Cossack Ataman a contract of sale. According to the defence, the investigators refer to the documents that Nikolai Nesterenko did not sign.

The courtroom of the Anapa City Court cannot accommodate all people who wish to attend the hearings in the case, reports Igor Nesterenko, a brother of the Cossack Ataman.

According to Igor Nesterenko, his brother never voiced any complaints about the condition of detention at the IVS (temporary detention facility) of Anapa.

Meanwhile, advocate Tatiana Varlamova has noted that experts found out that the documents submitted by the investigators to the court bear false signatures.
