Bocharov confirms attempt on him

Andrei Bocharov, the Governor of the Volgograd Region, has called on law enforcers to find the perpetrators and customers of the attempt on him.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported, referring to law enforcement sources, that an attempt to set Bocharov's house on fire was committed at night on November 16: a burning object was thrown over the fence. According to preliminary data, no one was hurt.

In the words of the Governor, unidentified persons had planned to set fire to the house, rented by him for his own money in the luxury cottage settlement named Latoshinka; at that moment he was there with his family.

He added that he would not change his scheduled work.

Surveillance cameras recorded that four men took part in the attempt, the News Agency "Height 102" reports, citing its law enforcement sources.
